First i would like to say that we are always deliever on time and we have a strict policy of calling a minim. of 24 hours in advance. we did contact the customer and if they did not answer we leave a message and then try to call again later. We would like to clarify something- the customer is complaining that we were actually ahead of schedule? it seems alittle funny because usually that is something most people strive for. well aside from that the customer was not inconvienanced and to rate us with a 2 out of 5 is really unfair. thank you.
