I shipped my mercedes to Palm Beach, Florida last Dec. It was suppose to be a 4-7 day trip but instead was a 4 1/2 week nightmare. The customer service was not existent. They lied about the whereabouts of the car daily. I finally got to speak to the manager Fred and he was very unsympathetic & acted like he didn't really care where my car was, as long as he had my money.
I tried contacting him recently & found the phone was no longer in service. By talking to other people in the industry, I found out he is now operating a new company under the name of "Major Transport" 308 W Jericho Turnpike, suite 205, Smithtown, NY 11787. 1-877-886-2567
