I shipped my auto with Air, Land, and Sea on May 25th, 2005. It is now June 21st and I'm still waiting. I don't think that they have even heard of customer service. Calling them by telephone is futile. I have contacted my local police. The Police say that I have to wait 30 days before I can file embezzelment charges against them. Whatever you do, review everything you can about ALL auto transport companies. They will promise you the moon. Once they have your car, you are at their mercy.
