This was our first time transporting a vehicle and we were extremely happy with our experience. Our 2011 BMW showed up in California unharmed and in the condition in which it left our home. Everything from our internet quote, to our phone contact with Kelly, to our conversations with the transporter went flawlessly. Kelly was very helpful in explaining the options available and in explaining the various packages and working with dispatch for our pick up and drop off dates. The driver who picked up our car was extremly professional and very nice to deal with. He made sure that our meeting site was easy for us to get to since we moved to a large city. We could not have had a better experience than we had. There were no surprises or hidden costs and everything went off with no issues.
