I'll give you the best part first. After a month of getting excuses from drivers and Agape I asked for a refund. I got a call from Candi saying my card was going to be refunded in approx 2 days. Ten minutes later I got a call from Nicole saying if I gave Agape a bad review I they were not going to refund my deposit. She said since I was going to leave a bad review why should they credit my card. Do you believe this? BLACKMAILERS..... I have since called my credit card and disputed the charges for no services rendered. Here is the story. On 4/30/07 I accepted their quote to have my card transported. The carrier was JCS Auto Transport. Stay Away. I got nothing but excuses like the drivers took off and if I could wait a week someone would get the car. I was accomadating. I waited 3 weeks and then decided to call and make Agape get me another transporter. After waiting another 4 days I got an email stating Flippers Enterprise Inc. was going to transport today. I called their number and the driver/dispatcher said they did not accept this order and was not going to pick up my vehicle. Ultimatley, Agape is responsible for all the carriers that work for them. Thsi is when Candi called and said they would credit my card for the deposit since they could not the car delivered. Then Nicole called and said "give us a bad review and we will not credit your card". Then hung up on me...
I can only ask that you stay away from these guys.
Stay as far away from this company as you can.

We transport 10-15 cars a day and never have these kind of experiences. This customer is lying about this whole story. He warned me he would post a crazy horror story on here if we didn't refund his deposit. Our contract states that once we have assigned a carrier for pickup there is no refund. This customers vehicle was assigned to a carrier then he called 3 weeks later to say he wanted to cancel. He was working with the carrier we assigned to pickup his vehicle and then calls to say he wants to cancel 3 weeks later. This customer was mad because per the contract his deposit was not refundable and he wanted to cancel to get his refund even though we had fulfilled the contract. We don't owe any apology; he is completely making up this story as he warned he would.
