We shipped our Audi A5 from Salt Lake City, UT to Austin, TX. This car is my wife's baby, she loves this car and needless to say we were a bit nervous about shipping it half way across the country. This was the first time we shipped a car like this. After reading many reviews and speaking to many companies, Candie with Agape was the only person that could answer ALL of my questions and pointed out ALL the things that needed to be considered. She even addressed things like "is the street narrow". All the other carriers I spoke to just said "sure, no problem" when in fact they all would have had problems. Candie provided excellent communication and guided us simply through the entire process. We opted for the "priority" rate which guaranteed a pickup within 3 days for a little bit more on top of the transport fee. To our surprise she notified us the car would actually be picked up the very next day! The estimated delivery was on a Sat but thanks to the driver calling each day with an update he told us he would be 1 full day EARLY! This was a very successful and simple experience. The car arrived in the same perfect condition it was delivered in and a full day early in Austin. We will definitely use Candie and Agape the next time we ship a car! Thanks Candie!
