This company was top notch. The day I had ordered pick up, I got a call for a driver. Though this pick up did not work out on my end, the company remained polite with me and continued to work till they had another driver which was just 11 days after that and the vehicle was delivered without problem. The driver kept in touch with me and let me know in plenty of time to make arrangemants. Prior to using this company, I had contracted with another company that was rated 5 star, but I waited about 7-8 weeks or so and dealt with poor customer service and still, no pick up, even after agreeing to pay more than I had originally contracted for. After this whole process, I will only use the Agape company if ever transporting a vehicle again. I was quite pleased with them overall.
