Very friendly, helpful company. I got a quote and a month later finally decided to ship my car. My quote expired, and upon getting a new quote, the price went up. This was initially a turn-off, but I looked into it and the increase in price matched exactly the percent increase in fuel prices in that timeframe. I was happy that I wasn't getting burned.

My only minor gripe was that I was contacted frequently by phone even though I specified my preference for email on the website.

In any case, if I ever need to ship a car again, I would definitely use them.
