Pleasant customer service and great with follow up calls to make sure we were kept in the loop.
We were told by the customer service rep. that the car would take about 5-7 days to be transported. When the driver contacted us to coordinate pick up, he told us 5-10 days,and the car arrived in Massachusetts on the 10th day.
Driver was great.
