Needed to Transport a 2009 Buick Enclave from Texas to AL. Did more research than I should and decided that there were no good services to use. Even the ones with a high rating, had some very disgruntled customers. I was very nervous about contracting this service out but decided I didn't want to fly out and drvie back. Requested several quotes and finally settled on Agape. I e-mailed and then talked with "Christy" on a couple of occasions. Christy quoted a rate of $510.00. We requested a pickup on or around 8/10/09. Agape said that they could pickup with in 7-10 days of this date but thought they would be able to pickup the vehicle very close to that date. I received a call on the 10th that they had found a carrier. However, the carrier needed an additional $25.00. The reason given for the increase was the carrier had not planned on coming as far North as the location of the vehicle. However, the carrier said for $25.00 they would come. There is no way of telling the accuracy of this explanation. However, the carrier could pickup on the 10th and have it to my house on the 11th. Having the vehicle delivered that quickly was worth an additional $25.00. We agreed to the new amount of $535.00. The vehicle was picked up and delivered just as we agreed. Christy called to let me know the vehicle was being picked up. The Carrier called to let us know the vehicle was being picked up. The carrier again called when they were about an hour from our area. Agape did a good job of contracting with this carrier. The vehicle was in good condition and showed no damage from the delivery.Overall it was a pleasant and easy experience. If needing to transport another vehicle, I would contact Agape again.
