At first, the quote I received was better than any of the competitors. I made the WRONG choice. I am active duty military, and I wanted to ship my vehicle from Matson shipping in Seattle to Maryland. I told Agape two weeks in advance the available pickup date and they never picked up my vehicle. I was scheduled to be picked up on the 22nd of June it is now the 6th of July and I have been charged $30.00 per day for storage by Matson and I have been without a vehicle for weeks longer than anticpiated. I cancelled my order with them, but they would not give me back my deposit until 14 days after the pickup date.
My advice to EVERYONE is not to ever use this company. They lied to get my business and they ended up costing me hundreds of dollars without even delivering my vehicle. I deal with people every day that a transiting that use shipping companies, and I will forever warn against this company.

We completely understand that Mr. Anthony Marquez is upset. However, his acusations that we lied to him are completely false. Not only do we explain the pickup window at the time of the order, but we have in writing a complete explanation. Furthermore, the pickup date was originally June 29th, which was changed last minute to June 22nd. He called us on June 23rd to let us know this. We honestly did everything we could for Mr. Marquez. As anyone can see from our reviews, we have a reputation of being honest and upfront with our customers. Mr. Marquez is no exception. Our terms and conditions clearly state that if we do not have the vehicle picked up in 14 days we will refund the deposit. Mr. Marquez was aware of this as well because he did sign and return the agreement form. As upset as Mr. Marquez is with us, we still wish him the very best.
