As far as Agape Transport is concerned, the service is excellent as the receptionist is very courteous.
to the point and very dependable because I needed my car picked for sure by a certain date. She quickly took the order and faxed me the agreement and confirmed that she has received it and that I should worry no more. Then I got a follow up e-mail, confirming the time frame of pick up and delivery which was excellent. Amazingly the driver arrived early and contacted me in early afternoon so I leftfor the body shop where he was supposed to deliver the car. I waited and waited and waited and 3 hours later found out that he went to Next city, Provo Utah to deliver other cars and was going to bring my car back to Salt Lake City simply because he had some difficulty with English and did not keep my shop number. Otherwise he was a nice Brazilian young man. That was a bummer after such an excellent service .There is always room to improve and hopefully Agpae will make sure that the drivers have all phone numbers of the customer and have a better understanding of English language.
I will recommend Agape because over all service is excellent. Thanks
