LA to Boston and back Submitted this review about Agape Auto Transport LLC

Swapping our Toyota Sienna minivan with a relative's Infiniti G35. Sienna had to go from LA to Boston Suburb. The G35 had to go from LA to the same Boston suburb.

Was a little nervous about entrusting our vehicles to any transport company but Agape got good reviews on Transport Reviews. Also checked BBB where they have an A- rating which is pretty good for an autotransport company. Called and got friendly, pleasant help. Email also works.

Picked up Toyota minivan on time and delivered on time on delivery date (7 days travel time).
They also picked up the G35 at the time of delivery of the Sienna as we requested. We asked for the G35 to not arrive before April 12 as we were away. They gave us an ETA of April 16 (10 days travel time). About 3 days before April 16 we called to let them know that April 15 would be preferable if possible. They said they would try. And sure enough I got the car April 15th. Excellent all round.

It rained so the Sienna was clean at arrival. The G35 was pretty dust/dirt covered but that should not be a surprise given the distance. Cars arrived intact as far as we can tell.

Agape is a broker and probably contracts with a fair number of companies. They used Pioneer Auto Express Corp to transport in this case. Pioneer has its own trucks but also contracts out sometimes I was told. They have a depot in LA it seems. When they picked up the Sienna it was on a smaller truck (to allow maneuverability in town presumably)- I was told it would then be loaded onto a larger truck for cross-country transport at their depot. The people picking up the Toyota Sienna and delivering the Infiniti G35 were both pleasant.

It was $875 for the Sienna and $780 for the Infiniti G35. The minivan is heavier hence the higher cost. An amount is paid directly to Agape. The remainder of about $700-725 is Cash or Cashiers check only to the delivery driver. Good luck!
