we were happy with the responsiveness of Christy. She contacted us to reply to our initial email inquiry, even though it was on the weekend. we were also happy with the competitive price. the only thing that was frustrating was the delivery of the vehicle. we were told initially that the veh would arrive sunday march 22. then the driver said he would try for monday, but then veh was not here until tuesday. my husband received a phone call at 10 am on tueday march 24 that veh was in tacoma, wa ready to pick up. my husband left work, and wound up waiting for the driver because they decided to drop off another customers car first. it was a difficult disruption to his work day, but we finally received the car in the same condition from when it left florida.
