This is the first time I have ever had to transport a vehicle from one state to another. Mine was from Ill to Pa. Not knowing anything about Transport Companies, I did as much research as I possibly could and settled on AGAPE. My reasons were the very good ratings from prior customers and their price. I needed to get my car picked up within a 9 day period, so I felt pretty good with their advertised pickup time of 1 to 7 days. Being honest, Agape, along with every other company, states that this cannot be guranteed in all cases. Unfortunately, my pickup was one of the ones that did not occur in 1 to 7 days, taking a total of 15 days. Why, I am not exactly sure, but I was told that Car Carriers were not going in that direction at that current time. However, CANDY did everything possible to help and assist me. She constantly kept me up to date and eventually got my vehicle picked up. I was very happy with all of her efforts. I just picked a bad time of year and direction. Once picked up by Kirk Express, my vehicle was here in 24 hours in great shape. The driver kept in contact with me and was very professional.

I am an understanding person, and realize that all things do not always go as we would hope. However, it was the EFFORT and SERVICE that I received from CANDY during a difficult process that made this time a bit less stressfull. Thanks CANDY.
