I contacted Agape Auto Transport after receiving many quotes for transporting my 1997 Nissan Pathfinder from Prince George, VA to Tempe, AZ to my daughter who is away at college. I went on Transportreviews.com to get an idea of who I did not want to contract to move the truck. I reviewed several companies and since I had never done this before, I decided to go with a company who had a great rating. I had gotten several quotes from $790.00 all the way up to $1300.00. I know, after a lot of researching, that cheaper is not better in this situation. I had spoken to several companies who bad mouthed other companies just to get me to do business with them. I called Agape after I spoke to several others and I spoke to Candi who was very friendly and informative. I agreed to do business with them since she was not degrading to anyone else in the businessand she was also upfront and honest. I told her exactly what dates the truck would be available to be picked up.Due to unforeseen transmission problems and numerous days in the shop, the truck was not ready to be picked up on the dates I had given her. I called her and let her know that the dates had to be pushed back. She was very understanding and another date was made. I received the truck back from the shop but, it still needed more repairs. I called Candi/Christie again and made another date for pick up. The truck went back into the shop and I picked it up about 2 weeks later. I cancelled the 3rd pick-up date and arranged with Candi/Christie to schedule another date for transport. After I received the truck back from the repair shop and made sure it was repaired correctly, I called and re-scheduled the pick-up date. I got the truck out of the shop on Friday November 7, 2008 and they picked it up for transport on Wednesday Novemebr 12, 2008. Candi/Christie were very friendly and the customer service I received was above reproach. I was sent an email informing me the Pathfinder would be delievered Friday November 21, 2008. I called the company and spoke to Christie who called the driver and kept me informed as to the progress of the move. Well, much to my pleaasant surprise, my daughter called me and told me they delivered it Monday November 17, 2008. The truck was in perfect condition and the driver at Golden (Jerry) was very nice and accomodating. They even delivered her truck to her place of employment since she couldn't get off work. I would highly recommend these companies to anyone who is considering trusting a company with their vehicle. Thank you for the great experience.
