I used Agape brokers to ship brand new 3 cars from Mass to California. Although pick up and delivery was on time, one of my cars got a lot of rubbing and scratches from the car loaded behind. I contacted Lederer Trucking (Lance the manager), the transporter, and gave them all the details about the damage with pictures. However, they denied my claim assuming that the car was damaged and the truck driver (Ray Martin) signed the papers without seeing it. Lance even told me that I was trying to get money from him by shipping a damaged car.

Needless to say, I shipped my brand new cars straight from the dealership parking lot and there was no such damage before the transportation.

I am really disappointed with the services by Agape and Lederer trucking. I am still waiting for Agape's response. They told me that they would contact Lederer Trucking further, but so far nothing happened.

I had to warn other customers like myself about these services. Lastly, I am an honest customer who relied on the services by Agape perhaps too much. I am not a type of person who cheats and takes advantage of people.

Mr. Tuvshin Batdelger of Brookline, MA, is not giving all the facts of the damage on one of his vehicles. We did receive photos of the damage from the customer. The damage was limited to the underneath side of the tire cover. There were horizontal rub marks and again these were on the underside of the tire cover. You cannot see this damage unless practically lie down on the ground and look up. This cover also overlapped the bumper. There was not damage at all on the bumper. There was also no damage at all on the vehicle loaded behind Mr. Batdelgers vehicle. That vehicle, by the way, was a Porsche. There is absolutely no way that the driver could have caused this damage without damaging the bumper, the front of the tire cover and also the vehicle behind it. We and the carrier are not sure how this damage occurred, but from the pictures it is very obvious this damage was pre existing. Under any other circumstance we would absolutely take the side of our customer. But unfortunately, in this case, our customer is not being forthcoming with the facts.
