I chose Agape Auto Transport because of the ratings on transportreviews.com, since it was one of the top rated companies. The quote was reasonable compared to other companies. The staff at this company are friendly and responded promptly to all my phone calls and emails. I made my car available on a Thursday. The only problem I had was that the carrier who was supposed to pick up my car the following Wednesday in Tennessee and deliver the car on Friday in New York couldn't pick up my car because of space limitations on his truck. But the company worked with me to find another carrier and my car was picked up on Friday, which was a little late than I expected. I was told that the car would be delivered on Monday. Because of the delay I had to spend a few bucks to rent a car from Friday-Monday. The driver of the truck arranged was very friendly, called me from time to time to let me know the status of the transportation. My car was picked up from a mall in Tennessee and delivered in the parking lot of a shopping complex in New York because of the difficulty of getting the truck through small roads. But overall, Agape Auto transport and the carrier worked with me and co-operated throughout the time of transportation to make sure everything went fine and the delivery was prompt. I recommend this company to others and will likely use their service if I need to transport my car again.
