The vehicle was scheduled AND picked up within 4 days of me booking the transport (total time from booking to delivery was 11 days). The car was inoperable and the driver was very accommodating in getting the car properly loaded (the actual trucking firm was A&B Bird Trucking). It took seven days to transport, door-to-door. I had two timeframes that delivery needed to be scheduled around, and they were still able to deliver a lot quicker than I expected. The one (minor) negative was that the pick-up was sort of a last minute opening and I had to pay an additional $75 to get it picked up that day. Otherwise, I would have probably had to wait for the normal scheduling time. Overall, it was worth the extra $75 to get the car to AZ sooner rather than later.
