Mr. Edgar Vigil was very patient and kind during the time we were working to get his vehicle transported. The delay was simply this: the truck, which was not drivable, was being transported from Beaufort, SC 29904 to Riverbank, CA 95367. These areas are not well traveled by the carriers. We did explain this to Mr. Vigil and he seemed to understand what we were up against. Not all carriers are equipped to load and unload inoperable vehicles and there were no carriers that were picking up anywhere near Beaufort, SC. We apologize again to Mr. Vigil and we wish him the best of luck.
