Once my truck was picked up by the contracted driver I very quickly received my truck within 24 hours. The driver was very nice, polite and helpfull. I was very pleased with the actual transport. The one area I feel could use some improvement is with the Agape office staff. Their communication could be better. I was not kept in the loop on what was going on and had to call and grill them for information. I really do hesitate to state this but it seems my case was not given much attention until I became a bit of a pest on the phone - at least that is my perception. Once again, I repeat - once my truck was picked up I was very satisfied with the actual transport.

Mr. Darrin Carey of Chattanooga, TN, made his 1951 Ford F-1 truck available for pickup on July 29 and we had it picked up 10 days later on Aug 8. It took a little bit longer than normal because the truck was not in drivable condition and he wanted it shipped enclosed because there were parts to the truck that needed to be transported as well in the bed of the truck. Special arrangements have to be made or special equipment available to load an inoperable vehicle into an enclosed trailer. Mr. Carey was not a pest at all. He called us one time and we explained that we were working with our carriers to get his vehicle picked up as quickly as possible. We are truly sorry that Mr. Carey feels we were not informative enough. We will do our best to correct this so that all of our customers receive the best customer service possible.
