We paid 300.00 for an early pick-up. The driver and his wife was very nice and won our trust. We called a few days later and learned our vehicle was given to another driver and we were given a new number to call. We tried contacting the new driver without success. We ended up calling the original driver who said they would try and contact them for us. They called back within 10 minutes and said the driver had broken down but everything was fine and the driver was catching up on deliveries, he would contact us ASAP. Another two days went by and after not hearing from the driver we called the original driver again and within 10 minutes they called back with our carrier's story. Apparently the driver was screening calls. We finally received our auto on day 11.

Mr. William Walker of Spanaway, WA placed his order on July 21. The first day his vehicle was available to be picked up was July 25. We were able to schedule his transport in advance and confirm a pickup date on the day he wanted, July 25, and the delivery date was Aug. 4. His vehicle was picked up and delivered on those dates. We contacted the carrier about Mr. Walkers claims in his review. We have used this carrier for years and were very surprised by the accusations. This particular carrier has a 100 percent rating in the auto transportation industry and has been in business for over 10 years. The owner told us that the couple that picked up the vehicle in Washington transported it all the way to Texas. There were never any mechanical issues or break downs. There was never a change in drivers during that trip. Once the drivers reached Texas, the vehicle was unloaded from the large 10 car hauler and loaded onto a 1 car hauler and delivered by the owner to the customer on the day it was expected. The owner said he spoke with the contact person who was to receive the vehicle a few times before it was delivered to make the time arrangements. Mr. Walker is in Washington, this vehicle was delivered to another party. We tried to reach Mr. Walker via phone and email about his experience so we could figure out why there was such a discrepancy between his story and the carriers. According to the carrier, there is no story. We have not been able to reach Mr. Walker and he has not responded to any of our calls or emails. We are confident in our carriers, especially this one. We hope to hear from Mr. Walker soon, so that we can help with any misunderstanding or miscommunication.
