My first time at requesting auto transport. April from Agape Auto Transport was great to work with. She answered all of my questions and made things very easy.
I placed my order late on Thursday afternoon. I checked my email early on Friday morning and nothing had been assigned yet. When I got home that afternoon the confirmation was there.
At noon I phoned my parents in Wisconsin where the car was to be picked up. They informed me the driver had already called and wanted to come for the car in an hour.
Nome of us were expecting such quick service. My parents informed the driver they needed a little time to get the tags off and clean out the car. He agreed to come several hours later. He arrived at the agreed upon time. They informed me that he was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I phoned him the next day to see when he expected to deliver. He said he would call me that evening when he got closer and he did. I had expected another call before he was to deliver the car. however, early on Monday morning there was a knock at the door and there he was with the car. He had parked outside of my subdivision as it is one way in and out. I paid him and drove him the few blocks to the road.
I was surprised that he did not ask me to check over the car. It was dirty from road dust and rain but no fault of his. His name is Pat O'Brian. My thanks to Pat and April for a job well done!
I had requested info from other carriers and some of them still have yet to get back with me.
I chose Agape after reading the reviews on this sight. They quoted me a great price also.
