Never picked up, very poor communication

My car was available anytime from 5/5/2008 well 5/15 comes around and they still didnt have any carriers avaiable and when I called I was told "As soon as my dispatcher know's they will call me. Well thats all well and good but I am a private duty nurse and my patient was flying up on the 16th and I had to go with them. Long story short is I had to Fly w/ my patient up from FL- MA. Then had to fly back to FL to drive my car back.I was told it would be a 3-5 week wait for my car and I cant live without my car for 3-5 weeks. And not that Agape cares but I lost over $2500 cause I had to take time off from work to drive my car up from FL.

The worst part is I know of 3 other people that had there car transported up from FL to MA and they had no problem. They didnt use Agape and wish I would have taken that advice and gone w/ there transporting Co. (I will now!!)

We are very sorry that we were unable to assign a carrier to pickup Mr. Scott Anderson’s vehicle as quickly as he needed. During the spring and early summer months, there is a very high volume of vehicles being moved out of Florida up the East Coast. We did explain this to Scott and he seemed to understand. We did sincerely apologize to Scott for the delay; however, he needed to cancel his order and make other arrangements. We did refund his deposit immediately. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused Mr. Anderson.
