Agape people are nice

I opted for the rock bottom price so, in a sense, I did it to myself. I was asked for the earliest day the car could be picked up. Agape arranged for a pickup one day before the date I gave them, and so the car sat for an additional 8 days waiting for the next available truck. Then, it took a full ten days for the car to get from Chicago to California. All of these dates were within the parameters set forth in the price I contracted for so I cannot hold them completely responsible. It just took 2 weeks longer than I originally anticipated to get the car and I missed a race as a result.
One other thing. When I called to say that they had scheduled the pickup a day earlier than I had told them, it was made clear to me that I must have mistakenly given them the wrong date. This was dispelled when I re-sent the original email with the date in it. It was a small thing, but I was slightly irritated that it was assumed that I was at fault.

Next time I will not use the rock bottom price which really set Agape apart from the rest. I will pay a bit more and get more prompt service. If I had, perhaps my experience might have been better and this would have been a glowing review.

Through it all, Cali at Agape was pleasant and helpful and represented he company well.
