Cali was very helpful, frequently emailing me on the status of Agape "looking" for a car transporter, but I didn't realize that 10 days meant 10 business days and they came and went and not surprising, when you only pay the "Rock Bottom Price," there's little incentive to find someone to move your car. I ended up having to spend another $135 BUT it was much cheaper than going to the next "premium" level (since I didn't need to get my car to Florida in 3 days in the first place) and I got it picked up the very next day! I happened to get it picked up on a Friday and they spend the weekend picking up all the other cars too but not getting on the road until Monday. I was not scheduled to have my car delivered until the following Thursday and I wasn't surprised that it was 1 day late due to a major snow storm on the east coast. Delivery went fine and all in all it went uneventful. The nicest part was that I was able to put a couple of things in the trunk of the car to ship down to my son, up to 100#. Some carriers you can't put in anything! Overall I was pleased with Agape and would use them again.
