I am generally satisfied with Agape's service. The car was delivered in good condition. The carrier they picked gave us the driver's phone number so we could contact him the day the car was going to be delivered. The only thing is that is that we had to wait about a week for the first available carrier to get the lowest quote. It wasn't a problem for us because we didn't need the car urgently, in which case we probably had gone for the extra quote. The costumer service from Agape was great since they keep in contact even after the car was delivered to make sure that everything went OK with the delivery. After the down payment which was less than $200. The company sent us a contract and the contract has a clause where they offer to give you the money back and cancel the contract if the car is not picked up within ten days. At that point you also have the choice to continue waiting or pay extra for the fast delivery.I will use this company again if I ever need it!
