Agape states that if they are not able to make your contracted date for pickup, you have three more choices: 1) Wait longer; 2) Pay more money to speed them up; 3) Upgrade midway which is the same as choice #2.No guarantees they will follow the contracted pickup, and no backing by the company if they fail.

Stepherd, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are always happy to hear feedback from our customers. The first available date for this order was October 31st and you went with our Preferred Shipping option. This guarantees the vehicle to be picked up within 3 business days of your first available date. Our records indicate the carrier that was assigned for your transport picked up on November 6th, which was the 4th business day. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience. Per our Terms and Conditions, if the vehicle is not picked up by the 3rd business day, we add part of our despot to the carrier pay. This occurred for your order, therefore the total transport cost was the same as the quoted amount. For all customers looking to transport their vehicle: Agape offers 3 shipping options for our customers, based on their specific situation. It is very rare for the pickup to occur outside the time frame for any of our shipping options. The options that Shephard listed in his review are for our Rock Bottom Shipping option. He did NOT go with this shipping option for the transport of his vehicle. These options and much more are all available in our Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed at www.AgapeTransport.com
