When your order was placed, you noted that you and your husband were not arriving in VA until Nov 2. Due to this, we were not able to have the vehicles picked up too soon. The first available date of Oct 31st was established. The vehicles were picked up on Nov 2nd, the 2nd business day. The vehicles were estimated for Nov 4th and were delivered on that date. I apologize that you had to rent a car, but since there was not an alternate contact to receive the vehicles if they arrived before you, we could not have the vehicles picked up too soon.
