Placed order over phone Feb 13 for Quote#45746-RN to transport vehicle on Mar 22. Never signed official order since I cancelled the svc on Feb 20. I decided to drive my car, not transport it w/ Agape. My card was billed $155 to secure reservation. They will not refund my card, claiming the contract (which I never signed) states deposits made are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of first available pickup date. I cancelled the Feb 20 and my first available pick up date was Mar 22, 30 days away. Their final stance is that I can pursue legal action, but hey are standing behind their policy, even acknowledging that I DIDcancel 30 days out.

It is very unfortunate that Mr. Lederman is taking the action that he is. We explained to him at the beginning that there is a deposit, which is charged to his credit card at the time of his order. He agreed to this because he gave us all the information: credit card number, expiration date, security code, name on card and billing address. At this point the customer is aware that the deposit will be charged to the credit card. We are an honest company. We communicate openly with all of our customers. We appreciate our customers and they appreciate that we run an integrity based company. We are not ashamed of our policies. We work very hard for our customers and will continue to do so. We did NOT steal Mr. Lederman's deposit. He freely gave it to us to do our job.
