The Good:
1)Excellent customer service and communication - they were available reliably by phone and by email.

2)Prior to selecting Agape, I did my own research on how these transport companies work. I recommend everyone do their research. I found that Agape was rated higher (they got an A rating) than any other company I checked on in the better business bureau. You can look up each company on the BBB website to see for yourself. This is a BIG deal and should be advertised by Agape more prominently in comparison with their competition, who scores much lower. Other companies did not have A ratings, and in fact, many had F ratings with nearly 100 open complaints on file. Look up Showtime auto transport on the BBB website for an example - that's the only one I can remember right now, but you'll see what I mean.

3)I was buying my vehicle from out of state and was forced to reschedule the pick up time because of a delay from my bank. The Iowa route is known to be a "less traveled" route. Even so, Agape successfully filled my order with a 2nd trucker with a new pickup date, on time, with no hassle.

4)The most competitive price I was able to find. I spoke with 10 different transport brokers and carriers and they all assured me there was no chance my care could be transported from Iowa to Maryland for 650, yet Agape successfully found TWO truckers for me. Unbelievable...


The Bad:

1)My car was covered in dirt because the carrier (ie the trucker) put it underneath a truck that had just finished some kind of off road excursion. I can't fault Agape for this as they are just the deal broker. A $10 car wash took care of everything. Not a single scratch !
