Agape emailed me with a contact numberand a pick up date. I recognized the contact number was also in my own area code. When I called, the owner of the truck answered and had also been going over my shipment papers just a short time before my call. He was very well informed, professional and reassuring as to my situation and time window of delivery. As it turned out the trucking firm was less than one hundred miles away and the driver lived less than forty miles away.
I was out of state when the my truck arrived and my wife accepted shipment with nothing more than a handful of pictures to go by. The driver was professional and curteous and waited for my family to take pictures of the truck while still on the trailer for record in case of any dispute that might arise ( nothing went wrong).
Every thing went great, every time I called Agape the phone was answered by a knowlegable and polite representative. I would definitely hire them again.
