Everyone I spoke with at Agape was helpful and forthright. I was kept informed even if the news was not what I was looking for. This made the fact that the pick up took longer than anticipated and the price @ 10 percent more than quoted palatable.

This is the first time I have ever shipped a car. The driver contacted me 3 days after expected and showed up at least 3 hours later than the time frame he gave me. I had plans and being a trusting soul with an insured car I left it in the driveway with keysr for some unknown guy with a big truck to pick up.

The shipper was Guterman (sp?) and the driver Michael. Communication and follow up with both the company and driver was spotty however...

My car arrived safely from my home outside Philadelphia to Salt Lake City in an efficient 4 days.
Cash was required and I had been made aware of this by Agape.

Everyone at Agape was pleasant, patient and helpful. The timing and price quote see more like suggestions - but this may well be the norm in shipping a vehicle at the least expensive option.

Were I to ship again I would probably pay the extra (I think it was $200) for the upgraded service.
