Dont be taken in by their "average pickup time of 1-7 days". Its just a gimmick to get you to use Agape. My available pickup date was 6-18-07. Agape emailed me telling me my car was scheduled to be picked up on 6-21-07. I made arrangements with the seller of the car. Then Agape emailed me saying the pickup was cancelled. I had to get a hold of the seller and put the pickup on hold. I waited and waited and was always given the canned response from Agape that they were doing all they could. Finally the seller told me he couldnt wait any longer so on the 14th day of waiting I cancelled. and I admit it was within hours of when the 14 days were up so I wouldnt have to pay the $50.00 cancellation fee. Well lo and behold they told me they had found a carrier on 7-2-07! The same day the 14 days were up. Would this one be cancelled also? We may never know! And then Agape charged me the $50.00 cancellation fee anyway. Also the delivery fee went up $200.00 for the new carrier. I ended up having to drive to pick up the car myself to keep the seller happy. I wont use them again.

Our average pickup time is 1-7 days. However, due to the delivery location, Sparta, WI, it took longer than the average. This location is not near any major city or Interstates and we explained this to Eric. Eric asked us to do whatever it took to get his vehicle moved asap. We were able to get a carrier assigned that was $100 more than his original amount (not $200 as indicated by Eric). We told Eric we would refund the $100 of his deposit to cover the additional cost. He chose to cancel instead. In the terms and conditions, which he read and signed, the cancellation policy is very clear. We are very sorry that we could not get Eric’s vehicle transported in the time frame he wanted. But we did keep him informed and we did fulfill our obligation by getting his vehicle assigned to a carrier within the 14 days at NO additional cost to the customer. We have since changed the cancellation policy. There is no $50 cancellation fee. Our average is still 1-7 days from the first available day.
