The vehicle arrived with three small dents on the hood that were not there when it was picked up. The driver acknowledge the damage and asked me what I wanted to do. I had no idea what it would cost to get it fixed so I asked the driver what he thought. He agreed to reduce his fee and I guessed that what he offered was enough to fix the car. Needless to say, this was awkward at best and I'm still not sure that what the driver gave me will cover the cost of the car repair...
