First Time Auto Transport

We were very happy with the service we were provided by Agape Auto Transport. They were knowledgeable and prompt in answering all the questions we had. They notified us that a driver was assigned for the pickup four days before our first available date for pick up. We were originally concerned because the location for pick up was in northern Wisconsin, not near a metropolitan area, but that didn't appear to be a problem. The dispatcher called us mid afternoon to pick up the vehicle on our first available date for pick up, but due to the fact that they didn't give us 8 to 12 hours it was impossible for them to pick up that day. They did arrive middle of the next day. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that we were unable to get in touch with the Dispatch or driver, assigned by Agape, on Saturday or Sunday and we did not get a return call to our messages left on their phone numbers. We were getting worried about where our vehicle was because we thought it would have been delivered by then. My parents were taking delivery of the vehicle at the destination, so it was an inconvenience for us ,and them, not to know what the status of the vehicle delivery was. But in the end, it arrived ok. There was a slight issued when the driver was trying to unload the vehicle, but it was resolved quickly. The price for the service provided was lower than most of the companies we researched, but there was certainly no problem with the service and we would definiteyly use them again, if we have a need to tranpsort another vehcile.
