Poor Customer Service

I was quoted one price and the company was unable to assign the car. After several calls to find out the status, I was told that I would need to pay and additional $100 in order for the driver to pick up the car. The car was available for pick up on 8/27 and I was told it would be picked up in 1 to 7 days. After I paid the additional $100, I was told the car would be delivered in approx. 3 days. The care was delivered 7 days later. No was ever called to tell me the status of the car, and I had to continually call to find out.

This to me was very poor service.

On 9/5 Joe called us and asked us to call the carriers to find out what it would take to get his vehicle picked up quicker. We explain to all of our customers that the "average" pick up time is 1-7 business days. We did find a carrier to pick up Joe's vehicle but he was asking for more than Joe's original quoted amount for the spot on his trailer. We then gave Joe the option to accept that spot at that rate (which was $100 more) or to allow us the time to get his vehicle placed at his original quote. He opted to take this spot. The estimated pick up date was 9/7 and the estimated delivery was 9/13. We never promised or indicated in any way that the vehicle would be delivered in 3 days. It was not on Joe's paperwork either. We are very sorry that your experience with Agape was not satisfactory and we will do everything in our power to ensure that every customer is contacted any time a message left or email is sent.
