Mrs Law, We are sorry that we were not able to get this picked up in the average 1-7 day window. There are rare cases like this were a vehicle will not be picked up in the 1-7day average with our Rock Bottom rate. In this particular case it was because there were very few carriers available that could fit this size truck on that week. So it took a little longer than our average pickup time to get this assigned to a carrier. We try to offer the Priority Rate to customers that are in a hurry or need a pickup quicker than the average 7days, with that rate it is a guaranteed 1-3 day pickup. Again we are sorry that we weren't able to move your vehicle in the average 1-7day window. This is not the norm and we apologize it was your experience.
