100% Damaged Smoker, denied claim? WTH?

We screwed and nailed a 2 x 4 and 2 x 6 wood create around the smoker. Wrote on it do not pick up form this side or will fall. The smoker arrived in AL 2 weeks late and with no creates on it at all. The stainless steel cabinet on every side of the smoker was dented, door hinges smashed off, control knobs broken off and the unit was completely destroyed.
We submitted a claim and they failed to respond in a timely manor. When they did, they lost the claim, could not find it, the person quite that was handling it, on and on...
Still no payment for the damages and insurance... Now, months later they denied the claim after seeing before pictures of a perfect piece of equipment in a wood secured create and the completely destroyed cabinet after THEY shipped it out.
This carrier is the worsted caring company out there, they do not respond, takes care of business nor address claims. We have turned the case offer to our Lawyer who has asked us to try to locate others that are being scammed by this carrier. We are also contacting all the various certification firms that support and back up this carrier in regard to quality and honesty.
We have filed a complaint for $25,000.00 for damages and feel very confident that due to the fraud, breech of contract and clear liability, we will win without hesitation.
If there is anyone else out there, please let us know and we will look at a Class Action suit..
