I must say. We move a lot from one state to another, I can say once a year or even twice a year. But this time when I wanted to move my dresser I've experienced nightmares for twice about these transport companies before I reached FreightCenter. When I first spoke to Louis for the first time...I must admit that, even the third time after two hits I was not sure about this guy and the company, so I was a little stand offish, but to start with, his listening skills and the sincerity in his voice made me comfortable and ...I couldn't be rude.

Louis took the time to listen to me and understood my situation. He made sure that I understood everything before I made a decision. He told me that even if I didn't use FreightCenter, he wanted me to be informed during this process.

Louis, he is courteous, honest and informative. Everything happened just the way he said. I should say that I’m very satisfied and pleased with his services, promptness and listening skills. Now I know whom to reach for my movesfrom now on...., I’m not kidding but now Louis's direct number is in my phone directory. I would definitely and highly recommend FreightCenter and would use his services again
