Jon was great and personally available anytime to assist me. The car was dirty and a minor scratch or two, but that wasn't Jon's fault. That was the transporter's fault; and, I used an outside car carrier. I recommend using and indoor carrier if your car is extremely valuable. Drivers can only do so much, road debris and construction is beyond their control. Jon was able to get my car picked up exactly when I needed it at a reasonable price when all other companies failed me or kept jacking up the price. I would definitely use Jon again! Drivers were patient and communicative.
