The car was picked up and dropped off early and in perfect shape. The only drawback was an open container (it's a classic car so I was nervous despite no damage occuring) and not knowing who your carrier is going to be. However, mine was great, its just that rating of the Broker might not exactly apply to the specific carrier, so be mindful of that.
