Henry is the owner and he damaged my $15,000 BMW. He knows that he tried to fix the scratches that he created during the transport of my car. He used polish on the scratches with the hopes that he could fix them and all he did was make it worse. He was very hostile with me and demanded payment and would not take responsibility for the damage to my car. He doesn't care about people... just the money. Very unethical. BE AWARE!!!!!!!
