Hi

My review is very similiar to the other reviews i've read about this company, first let me say that it seems they are using fake names as none of the "original" people we spoke with are with the company anymore. Bob Johnson was our agent very responsive at first till the contract was signed, then impossible to get a hold of, nobody at the company had access to our file, were told to call back in 15 minutes, did so on 3 occasions just to find that everyone was gone for the day, Company told us that they wouldn't pick up the cars by our deadline unless we paid more money (they deny this but I have e-mail to back it up) We cancelled the contract on June 2nd, they claim we didn't (again I have e-mail to back it up) contacted me 2 days after our deadline with a "pickup" by a company several hundred miles from the pickup city with an open ended pickup date, the person claiming to be the owner of the company although not the name listed on the website as the owner hung up the phone and we have not heard from them since, this company is nothing but a fraud, and basically stole $390. I believe they maybe out of business, nobody has answered the phone all day today

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!!!!!
