TERRIBLE SERVICE ,WHATS EVEN WORSE ,BAD COMMUNICATION ,THE WOMAN ROBIN, SEEMS LIKE SHE DOES'NT REALLY KNOW WHATS GOING ON .I HAD A LOT OF CARS SHIPPED IN THE PAST ,AND THIS IS THE WORST{ BROKER }TRUCKING COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH .SHE TOLD ME ONE PICK UP DATE ,AND THEN IT WAS ANOTHER,AND SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO TELL ME IT WAS CHANGED.VERY DISAPPOINTING.DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 4 TO 7 DAYS ,AND IT WENT TO 10 DAYS ,NOT KNOWING ANY INFO FROM THEM ,I HAVE TO PRY THE INFO OUT OF HER ,THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD,THAT COMPANY SHOULD REFUND SOME OF MY MONEY.I WORRIED FOR 10 DAYS WONDERING WHERE'S MY CAR ,. BAD BUISNESS NEVER AGAIN.STAY AWAY. BE SMART.

We cannot guaranty any pickup or delivery date, we do not own the trucks, this is clearly stated in paragraph #1 of the contract terms and conditions. According to the DOT rules we have 30 days to deliver a car, and at anytime during the transport the customer can callus and we will either give the truckers telephone number or offer to contact the trucker to locate the whereabouts of the vehicle, so evidentally the customer is not being truthfull. The 4-7 days are business days, consecutive days would be 8-14 days, the customer was explained this.
