Horrible Experience

I was quoted $950 to move my Honda Pilot from Newport, RI to Pt. Mugu, Ca. When I set the move up with Advance Logistics in early May I told them that I didn't care how early the car was picked up as long as it was to California by June 13. They ASSURED me this would be no problem and agreed to set May 30 as the first available pickup date. I contacted the company 6 different times between May 30 and June 19 asking them when the car would be picked up, and each time they assured me a driver would be there within 24 hours and they would call me back with the details. They NEVER called me back, even to tell me that the driver would not be showing up as promised. Instead my wife sat at the house for 12 hours on 6 different occasions waiting on a driver that never came. On June 20 the car was still in Newport, RI and my wife and two children are in a rental car because this company was not able to get the job done. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a company and I would strongly recommend using someone else.

Unfortunately there is not an abundance of truckers who want to go to Pt. Magu, so customers money was refunded. In addition, this customer called every day to find out status and drove us crazy.
