Placed order 09/17/08 with Deposit. Was told 1-10 days for pickup. The vehicle still has not been picked up as of today 09/30/08.
The quote was $575.00 with $200.00 deposit due upon placing the order. The deposit was sent immediately on 09/16/08 after faxing in the signed order. Then on 09/25/08 I get an invoice from a different carrier for $479.00 due upon delivery. That math adds up to $679.00 which is a little off from $575.00.
I call, I leave a message, and not once did I receive a return phone call. I had to go through the online search engines to find the local number and finally got an answer. What was I told? "Let me call the other company and I'll call you back in an hour or so". That was last week. Still no response.
I wish I would have done more homework on this company; shame on me. I will go out of my way to make sure anyone that I know or come in contact with does not use this company for any transportation needs.
Here I am on 09/30/08 with $200 less in my bank account and no car.
