This is a total lie, the phones are answered from 9am -5pm est mon-fri and even after hours, if the customer did not reach us they should have left a voice mail. The charge is due to the diesel fuel prices and the increases received from the trucking company which the customer knew from the time that they signed the shipping order and terms and conditions, this should have been questioned at that point and either cancelled or continued with the move.
