The absolute WORST service in the industry. We are in the process of getting quotes for our cross-country move. These idiots are so terrible that we can't even get through the quote process without issues. They are hands-down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'd rather deal with airport customer service. Please don't waste your time or money with them.
