this company was not honest about anything--they will promise you that the vehicle will be picked up in 2-3 days, and it wasn;t. they do not stay in contact with you, to let you know anything different..you have to call and call, and customer service is not helpful.. the lady in customer service is very rude..there was hidden charges, BEWARE, THEY WILL QUOTE YOU ONE PRICE THEN AT DELIVERY IT IS ANOTHER PRICE.( HIGHER). I UNDERSTAND HAVING TO WAIT ON A DRIVER IN THE AREA, AND I ALSO TAKE IN CONSIDERATION THE PRICE OF GAS NOW..BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN UP FRONT...I DID NOT FIND OUT THE EXTRA PRICE UNTIL THE DRIVER WAS GETTING READY TO DELIVER MY CAR, AT THAT POINT I DID NOT HAVE A CHOICE BUT TO PAY IT.. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
